I had an amazing experience with TNT Watersports. It was the Friday of Labor Day weekend, my boat was ready for pick up, and my family was excited for one last weekend on the lake. After picking it up, I launched it right away, only to find the boat wouldn’t start. It was 4:50 p.m. on the Friday of a holiday weekend. I figured I might be out of luck and no working boat. With fingers crossed, I called TNT and spoke with Steve, the Service Manager. He walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone, but when that didn’t work, he personally drove to the boat ramp to help. He was there within 10 minutes and in another 10 minutes, the boat was running perfectly. Because of Steve, we enjoyed a fun Labor Day weekend on the water. Huge thanks to Steve and TNT Watersports.
